Bake cycle stopped working at 6 months. Cannot get in touch with anyone at the telephone number listed for warranty service; call volume is too high, click, hangs up. There is no functionality on the Frigidaire website to get in touch with anyone to discuss warranty work..

The oven on my electric stove takes almost 2 times as long as it should something that normally takes 25 to 30 minutes to bake takes 45 to 50 minutes I have had it checked by the tech recommended by Frigidaire and they are saying it is due to the energy saver regulations but the oven is working ok

Not happy with temperatures in the oven. Seems to be off!!! Bottom of a cake was burned at 350 and pork loin at 400 was not done. Both were baked second rack from bottom of oven. Food was not baked at the same time either. Did factory test and showed the 00 in display.

I was looking for a good, basic electric range and this one fits the bill. Time and temperature settings would be a little easier if you could enter your settings instead of using up and down arrows but not really that big of a deal. Oven temperature is correct and burners heat up quickly. Nice, clean attractive look. I would recommend this range to others.

We were shocked at how hot the top of the stove and the door of the oven get, when the stove it on. The top was so hot you could heat water without the burner being ever turned on. I have read that is is "normal " for this type of stove. We do not like it.

I like my new range and am not experiencing any problems. I am however very disappointed that I have had it just one month and already two burners have marks on them. I do not drag my pans; I pick them up to move them all the time.

When my old electric range quit working a few days before Christmas, I was not sure how long it would me take to replace it -- what with the recent supply chain backups in the US economy since COVID. So, with some trepidation I searched the websites of the appliance stores close to my house for electric ranges which were immediately available for delivery. As I feared, with the first store I checked none of the units meeting my needs could be delivered for at least a month, if not three. Then checking the Lowe's website, I found the Frigidaire Electric Range, Model FCRE3052AWH, with two large front burners placed in front of two smaller back burners with a plate heating burner set between. Amazingly, delivery was promised for the next day! But more importantly, the fact it was a Frigidaire made it my first and only choice. Growing up as a child in the 1960s, my father always insisted Frigidaire was the best, and most reliable, brand of any and all appliances on the market. And as a case in point, he would point to the 30-year-old Frigidaire refrigerator in the basement that still worked like a champ. Not only did my father always buy Frigidaire each time his employer transferred him to another city, where we once more moved into a new house, he taught me to buy Frigidaire throughout my own life. Bottom line, Frigidaire is the name to trust.

I am so glad I "downgraded" to a more basic range. I love the dials and the simple oven interface. The quick boil burner is great and overall, the temperature of the rangetop is much more even than my other branded stove that broke after just four years. If there were ONE thing I would change, is the ability to know how far in the "preheat" cycle the oven temperature is.

After having only coils on the cooktop on other ranges, I was excited and nervous to get a smooth cooktop. This range has been amazing! I love almost everything about it! My only complaints are I wish when you open the oven door, the light would come on instead of having to manually turn it on to peek in the oven, and I wish it would have an indicator other than a beep to let you know the oven is preheated. Other than those two things, I am in love with this range!

I like the look, the different size surface elements to fit different size pans. (I had a similar model of this range for 12 years). Do not like that one surface element fits ONLY large pans...my previous one was either size. Do NOT like that the exposed oven coil gets so hot it burns food, even though the baking temperature is correct and racks are in proper position.

I'm very disappointed with this product. I'm an avid baker. I use my over 2-3 times a week. The temperature control in this oven is horrible. I've burned everything I've baked. I have to constantly monitor the process to ensure I don't burn things. I contacted the seller, they sent out a tech who contacted Frigidaire. Frigidaire says it is working fine. If I set the temp to 300 degrees the oven temp varies from 290 to 370. The factory says this is within normal operation. I've never had an over that varies this much. Plus or minus 20 degrees is pretty normal. This unit cost over $1000.00 and is pretty much useless. The company I purchased the range from wasn't aware of this issue with the oven. If I would have been aware of this issue I would not have purchased this unit.

I replaced my 16 year old oven with the same model. I am just as happy with this one except, the audible indicator that the oven has reached the desired preheated temperature has been deleted. Eliminating this feature must have saved the manufacture millions and millions of dollars. I would have paid $100.00 more to have this feature. THANKS Corporate

We had to send two back because of construction flaws. Even the one we have now is not right. The back is where it joins the side is 1/2 inch off, creating a gap that sided and 6 inches long. The only reason we did not send this one back was were just too frustrated to wait for the fourth one. WHO BUILDS THESE THINGS ??? I would never buy another Frigidair
