Bought this model last night so not sure how well we like it yet.I like that there are no touch controls in the door as our failure on the previous unit involved a wire break after nearly 7 years near the top door hinge.I also like that even though the capacity is the same, the vertical dimension is smaller allowing for more room on the cooking surface. This model has fewer features than the Professional model we had but most of those features were not used anyway.Very nice discounted price for this Best Seller.

This microwave cooks very fast and is easy to clean. The interface is easy to use and it's just what I needed for defrosting and reheating food.

Really like lour new over the stove microwave. Good size, easy to navigate, exhaust fan works well. Light could be brighter but does not change my opinion that this is a great appliance.

It's a microwave and does its job! I like the +10 seconds and the +30 seconds buttons. The beeping when pushing the buttons isn't annoying and the signal that it's done isn't obnoxious.

Overall it works well. My only complaint is that the keypad could be more sensitive. Sometimes it is difficult for the input to respond. You have to press harder.

Very annoyed with this unit. Got one when we purchased our house got another one as a replacement when it was flashing like there was metal in it replacement is now doing the same thing. This is the first time I™™ve owned Frigidaire units and that along with the stove and dishwasher I am not impressed. Will not recommend fridgidaire units I am also in multifamily construction and other retailers offer better service

All I wanted was a basic microwave that looked nice and did not cost a lot of money. This is actually the second microwave I™™ve purchased in the last 5 years. We had some sort of power failure in our area and lost the first one. Neighbors lost more than one appliance. I was very happy we found the same microwave, and on sale! I love where all the lights and fan buttons are located. I love that the clock and timer are easy to set.

I like it a lot. I put my food in and put on the setting and when it beeps my food is done. the buttons are easy to push and the handle fits nicely with my grip. I recommend this microwave whenever to want to reheat or cook your food quickly.

I had the previous edition of this model with the incandescent light bulbs-which was great.However, this model uses LED lighting and it is horrible. It makes the kitchen look sterile and the food look plastic. There is not another replacement bulb to use for a natural look. If I had known of the LED lighting effects I would not have purchased this unit and gone with another manufacturer!

This microwave cooks food well and evenly. It is quiet and looks good in my kitchen. However, the exhaust fans for the range are too far back on the unit and are not powerful enough. This results in lackluster smoke evacuation performance. I bought this microwave as a set with a Frigidaire Gallery range, so you would think these would be designed to work well together. Also, the range light is an obnoxious 5000k LED that has only one brightness setting. The LED bulb is not standard and can only be replaced with the same unit.

A piece of junk! Front door looks like something from a scratch and dent sale. Waiting on a replacement but been postponed numerous times. They offered my a minuscule amount to live with it. Template for Mount under cabinet is poorly laid out, difficult to use, and not correct. Instruction book written by person with English as third language and not correct. Best place for this is in thd lamdfill.

Our old Frigidaire microwave (7 years) broke, while we were waiting for the install of the new one we purchased a counter w one and it was horrible! We are so glad to have a powerful microwave back in the kitchen. You don™™t realize how much you use it until it breaks. Heats up super hot and fast!

Spent several months shopping around before choosing this model and was not disappointed. The microwave will keep beeping if you forget to take the food out which is nice. The LED lighting is great and is a big improvement over the incandescent lights in our previous microwave.

I mostly use the microwave for popcorn, rice, if I don™™t have time to cook it on the stove and cook meals. For all of that™¦ It works fantastic! It™™s so nice to be able to push one, two, or three and have those minutes start automatically.I also like that you don™™t have to have the clock showing so that it is just a blank screen.
