I love the space in the upright freezer! Unfortunately less than 6 months, the freezer is making a terrible grinding noise that was so loud I unplugged the freezer from the outlet until can be serviced.

only had this unit for about a week or so, and for now, it's great with no issues. was able to adjust the stops on the bottom front of the frig to prevent it from rolling forward when pulling the door open. hadn't as yet had any temperature control issues. so at the moment it's seems to be a very good unit. will update if anything changes.

20 cu. ft. freezer ready for garage placement. This is a nice unit that that a door and temp audible alarm as well as a green light that shines on the floor in front indicating the freezer has power. It is a replacing an old Kenmore Elite that has a display panel in the outside of the door panel that is failing. Lighting is good, shelf adjustment is also good. So far, very pleased and would recommend to others.

We purchased this garage ready upright freezer to use in our basement for additional space. So far it has performed as expected and fits exactly in the spot that our old freezer occupied. The old one was a Frigidaire as well and served us for quite a few years. Hopefully we will get the same service from this one. One big reason we went with garage ready was the fact that we live in a rural area and when the power goes out it stays out for awhile. This freezer is supposed to keep food frozen for 48 hours in a power outage. Hopefully we won't find that out!

I had a hard time giving a 1 star review. From day one we have had problems with freezer and customer support. It was repaired one year after we bought it and then in six months it broke again with service techs saying many parts had to be ordered: that was the first of Sept. and now we have to wait until mid Dec with only "I'm sorry" from Frigidaire. We lost a freezer full of meat and ruined carpet. The only solution that they offered was 3 more months of warranty. My experience with Frigidaire has been less than desirable and my comments will be noted to everyone that ask about Frigidaire.I find it hard to believe that Frigidaire has given me such a hard time and will not stand behind their product.

My Old Upright Freezer was getting Old and Making a LOT of Noise, after 25 years, it was time. Purchased the FUE2022AW as it seemed to be the Closest to My Old Freezer. Disappointed that there were not more Shelves ( I Purchased an additional Shelf on-line for about $65 ! OUCH) Also, my Old Electrolux in regards to the Shelves, they had a Lip so that things Didn't SLIDE Out and BUST My Toe (As Frozen Things will sometimes do). Just a Tad Disappointed, but it is working Fine and I'm saving on my Electric Bills !

Absolute lemon. Listen to the other 1 stars.6 months within purchase and the freezer stopped cooling. And the high temperature sensor didn't tell us either. Lost a full freezer. Freezers are a solved issue. There is absolutely no excuse for this. There is no excuse that Frigidaire can't guarantee a full freezer of food. That should alert everyone why the spoiled food food is only up to $250 for a 20 cu feet freezer.
