I ordered the Frigidaire 12,000 BTU FHTW23WB1 smart through-the-wall air conditioner. The unit came with a trim kit and a mesh grille that which made it look neat and sleek. The filter is washable and reusable, and the unit has a filter light reminder that tells me when to clean it. We realized the wall sleeve needed to be ordered which we™™ve done. We were able to plug the unit in, and it worked well. It cooled down the room quickly. In terms of noise, it isn't exactly whisper quiet, but it's not overly loud either. You'll hear the fan spinning when it's on. This AC is much more attractive than our old one. This air conditioner is powerful, and easy to use. It cooled my bedroom quickly and kept the temperature and humidity at a comfortable level. It has three cool and fan speeds. It also has an energy saver mode which will be able to save me money on my electricity bill. This unit is Wi-Fi ready, and I have downloaded their app which allows me to adjust the settings from anywhere in the room. This function worked well, and I am quite happy with it. Finally, after a long wait time, I was able to test the air conditioner with the remote and can report it works great.

Quickly cooled down my bedroom and the app was super easy to figure out and get my phone connected to the unit!! I LOVE having that capability! The noise is a constant hum which makes it comfortable white noise to fall asleep to. I can™™t say enough great things about it. Install was easy and we haven™™t had a sweaty, uncomfortable night since. Thanks Frigidaire!

First of I™™d like to say It took me a while to install the AC but I am in love with how nice it looks. This unit is 12,000 BTU but it™™s good enough for my open concept kitchen/living room area. I recommend this unit but I™™d like to add that it is not an easy unit to install, you need two strong people to do the job.

This wall Room air conditioner works great! It was almost plug and play, SO easy to use! I Unboxed it and put it in the hole of my old air conditioner. I Installed the back panel and I plugged it and and we were good to go! It took about a minute or two for the compressor to turn on, but as soon as it did it blew out cold air. I was very impressed with how quiet the unit was. You really couldn't know it if was on or if it was just running the fan until you felt the cold breeze! I was very impressed. The Wi-Fi connect is very easy to use as well! It is as simple as hitting the button, to turn it up or down. There is not extra technology or settings needed so it is so simple to use! I highly recommend

The Frigidaire Wall Room Air Conditioner 12,000 BTU 115V with WiFi was easy to mount and hook up. Once on it worked very well to cool the areas so that it felt comfortable in the heat. I felt like the unit was quiet compared to others used in the past. It connected without error to the wifi and was easy to control.

We replaced an older 10,000 BTU Frigidaire unit with this new, 12,000 BTU one for a little more cooling power and wifi features. 450 sq. ft. NYC apartment with thru wall installation was easy. So far, we like the Eco cool mode and the wifi connectivity.

I absolutely love this AC unit! It was very easy to install and I put it to use immediately. This unit can be controlled from the unit itself, with included remote control or from the App. The app feature is wonderful as it allows me to control the unit from anywhere. I can adjust the fan speeds or temperature at any given time, regardless of my location. The unit works so good and keeps my living room and the surrounding rooms cool all day long. The unit is programmable so can shut off once it reaches your preferred temperature. I™™m so happy with this unit and highly recommend it.

The Frigidaire 12000 BTU Through the Wall Air Conditioner FHTW123WB1 has exceeded my expectations. It comes with all the necessary hardware for a clean and seamless installation. The accent frames give it a polished and built-in look. It is larger and heavier than a typical window unit but the performance makes up for it.It plugs into a standard outlet so the cord will be visible unless you use a decorative cover. I do wish the cord was longer to allow more flexibility with placement. The clean air ionizer and multi-speed fan are excellent features. I especially appreciate the programmable sleep mode. It is intuitive and helps maintain comfort throughout the night.This unit delivers powerful cooling with impressively low noise. It has been reliable and energy efficient. Even on the hottest days I can turn it on in the late morning and shut it off by 5 p.m. There is no need to run it overnight. During a recent sleepover the kids insisted on keeping it on and by morning they were freezing.The companion app is a standout feature. There is a current glitch with the timer function but I still use it regularly to power the unit on and off, set schedules and adjust humidity levels. I do wish the remote was magnetic so it could stay easily attached to the unit or nearby. Overall I highly recommend this air conditioner for anyone looking for strong performance, smart features and quiet operation.

I would highly recommend this AC unit as it cools so fast and so cold. I love all the features it has like being wifi enabled which I find to probably be the most useful of all. It was easy to connect to the app with no issues. It is extremely quiet to run so you can have a normal conversation without having to shout. This unit is an energy saving system so I'll even be saving on my electric bill which is a major plus for me. I also love that this AC has an ionizer built in which cleans the air and living in Az is a must have. The filter is removable to clean so I'll also save money on not having to buy filters every so often. This is the best AC unit I've ever had and am so happy with the functionality of it. The remote is also very easy to understand and operate if you need it. I just use my phone because it's just easier and always have my phone on me. This is such a major update and addition to my home not only for the savings that I'll be seeing but also for the ease of use and functionality of the unit. I have an open style kitchen, living room and family room and it cools all 3 rooms without a glitch. I highly recommend this particular AC unit for everyone who wants clean air, simplicity and a convenient ease of use system.

I recently purchased this air conditioner that fits into a wall sleeve for this scorching heat to cool off a full sized living room and dining room. This air conditioner has not disappointed from the sleek white high end looking design down to the app. Upon unboxing the unit it came with more foam then I knew what to do with and styrofoam shims to help angle it into the perfect drain position. The unit works flawlessly and is very quiet for its size. The app is seamless and the WiFi is a huge plus for starting the unit while on the way back home to cool off the apartment. The air conditioner remote is basic but works great. But I much prefer the app that displays everything in front of you to see fan speed, mode, temperate.

I was without and my apartment got to nearly 100 degrees. When we installed this, within a couple of hours the apartment was less than 80 and the humidity was comfortable. It does run a little colder than the temperature I have set it to. It's a life saver.
