I love the large capacity of the freezer. It's nice and wide, with plenty of door space, but it's not so deep that things can be lost in the back. It suits my needs perfectly.

Bought this large garage freezer after our 20 year old Kenmore had to be replaced due to a hurricane. First freezer was delivered, but it started to make weird clicking noises and then spewed ice crystals from the vent. Home depot sent a replacement out and this replacement was poorly constructed with insulation foam coming through around the door handle and the plastic case inside had multiple blemishes and mold was formed poorly. The third freezer was given a white glove inspection to check for defects. This third freezer is working as expected with no build quality issues. It cooled very quickly and keeps the temperature between -0.5 and 15 according to a door mounted thermometer. This freezer is very large with plenty of shelf space and large shelves on the door. Besides a few quality issues, I am happy with the freezer. Here's hoping it last for many decades. I would have given a 5 star review however on of the shelves had a broken clip which holds the shelf in place and the piece of plastic from the shelf was not inside the freezer. Which tells me that in was shiped from the factory like that! With that being said the delivery guy from Home Depot where I bought it stated that I would have to contact Frigidaire about it. It doesn't affect the operation of the freezer it's just a quality control issue for Frigidaire that should be considered. It would be nice if Frigidaire sent me a new shelf after this review and make it right because I just don't have time to deal with it!

Well, my old Frigidaire freezer finally bit the dust after 35+ years! So, I found this one online and at a very good price. This freezer is huge!! It's well lit and the shelves are adjustable. It cooled down to zero within 4-5 hours and we were able to pack it full in a short amount of time. I figured with the old one lasting as long as it did, how could I go wrong with replacing it with another Frigidaire? So far, everything is working great!

Very nice upright freezer. plugged it in and it was cold in a matter of minutes The issue were having is the seal around the bottom Is not making that great of a seal and the inside inside corner is freezing up a little bit

Freezer was delivered undamaged. All contents and accessories were accounted for upon removing shipping packaging. Plugged in freezer and temperature dropped to the desired setting and continued to cycle on and off to maintain temp. Overall this freezer will work great to hold and keep frozen all the items needed to be placed within.

Although I've only had the freezer for a week, I have to give it 5 stars. I haven't had a need for a separate freezer until recently. I also have a Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer set in my kitchen which are quite large, but this year I decided that since I live in a fairly remote location I would buy a new freezer to keep our food supply stocked so I don't have to drive 70 miles to restock each week. We've never had a single issue over the course of the past 12 years with our refrigerator and freezer set in our kitchen, so I decided Frigidaire would also be the brand I wanted as a freezer for additional food stocking.

Too much of a hassle getting assistance when there is an issue. Purchased this brand new. It stopped working within the week. They sent a technician out who said it was a manufacturers defect. The turn around time for repair is 3 weeks. Before this I was told by 2 employees to purchased the extended warranty, which I did. (I had one through All State, but canceled in lieu of this one). Now that it™™s been over a week I have lost food due to this defect. I am now being told not only does the 1 year manufacturer™™s warranty not cover spoiled food, but the 5 year extended warranty which does cover spoiled food won™™t take into effect until after the manufacturer™™s warranty has ended. I™™m not sure that™™s legal to sell a product to a customer & then tell them they can™™t use it for a year. Not to mention the warranty I purchased from All State previously went urn to effect immediately, and would have covered this. Frigidaire has not sent any documentation showing these claims, and weren™™t up front about this when I signed up. Horrible company.

This freezer is amazing! We got it setup and plugged in and in no time we were able to move our freezer items on over to this freezer. We have a chest freezer which everything gets barried. I absolutely love this upright you can find everything, you can see what you have and LOTS of room. Thanks Frigidaire for a GREAT freezer, we love it.

Seems to be working well so far. When changing the handing of the doors i found the fastners to be very low quality and almost stripped the heads completely before finishing. Those screws need to be higher quality.
